3.2 Login Credential Security

3.3 Right to Close Account

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck775 supports transactions only through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if identity verification is pending or unusual activity is detected, processing may take additional time.

4.4 Source of Funds

All deposited funds must come from a lawful source. ck775 reserves the right to cancel suspicious transactions and report them to the relevant authorities. Funds deposited into an account will only be returned to the payment method designated by the account holder.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck775 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.

• Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

VIP Program

ck775's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on activity and engagement on the platform. ck775 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time. Wagering requirements may apply before cashback is paid out.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Prohibited Activities
